A Striped Afternoon

As summer sadly rolls to an end, I took one last trip to the beach with my hubby last week (who was such a patient stud taking these pictures). We visited the dreamy town of Fairhope, Alabama which I will be telling you all about very soon! I packed my suitcase full of striped shirts as I am literally obsessed with them, and tried them all out here. Which one is your favorite? I am always stuck between the Saint James top and the Elizabeth & James Breton tee for everyday comfort…

Saint James shirt (I am madly in love with this closet essential!!), Chanel bracelet, my own favorite Levi’s cutoffs …
* I found this 3/4 sleeve version at a J. Crew factory store, but everywhere is totally sold out…

Demylee striped cashmere sweater, ALC silk tank
*The cross I’m wearing was a gift after my car accident from a family friend, one of my most beloved items…

Hanii Y top (love the anchor!!), Target bracelet (Hermes inspired)…
Love the back…

The perfect Elizabeth and James breton tee-I love the instant, chic, timeless quality that any stripes throw into the mix!

I love stripes, too! I have bought two more striped shirts for fall/winter. I am looking forward to wearing the Rag and Bone one that I bought at H.Audrey.

I’m in love with the Elizabeth and James Breton Tee, so classic and timeless! Although, as you point out, the Nation Tee is so functional – hiding inperfections is what clothing is all about, right?
