Holiday updates + food blog essentials

shallot

Dear readers,  I hope each and every one of you are departing the Christmas season beaming with a smile after this sometimes stressful and joyous time. I’ve covered 1300 miles in 10 days (Tennessee to Georgia to Louisiana to Alabama), dined at one of my favorite restaurants in the south Farm 255, found another brilliant new farm to table restaurant called Graft, spent many hours on the sale section of La Garconne, wrapped plenty of gifts at H. Audrey, been deer hunting in my uber-warm J. Crew sweater leggings, rejected pork brains on the menu in the backwoods of west Tennessee (ugh!!!), carried these genius Maldon sea salt tins everywhere for a little flake of salty heaven, added new tour dates to my website (yay!), served my new obsession Coq Au Vin with dill, and opened only 2 presents that require re-gifting!! I’ve had some time for internet perusing and came up with 10 of my favorite recipes to serve at your New Years Eve gala. I am madly in love with each and every one of these amazing websites, such talent and creativity…
Happy New Year!!!!!!!
